Shoreline Family Health Care provides care to adults of all ages, from 18 to over 100. Our collaborative, multidisciplinary team is dedicated to the health and well-being of the whole person, making getting healthier easier.

• Preventive Care

• Acute and Chronic Illness Management
• Mental health & substance use assessment and treatment
• Individual and group counseling
• Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) using Suboxone or naltrexone. (Individuals seeking methadone are referred out to area providers.)
• Medication Management
• Same day urgent visits
